# The accounts live in the same app as the job

Invoices, vouchers, bank, payroll and VAT in one place. Vouchers and bank lines post on their own up to a limit you set. The rest waits for your yes.

- **From the load bed to a voucher**: Photograph the receipt or send it to your voucher address. The agent prepares the voucher.
- **5,000 kr by default**: Up to there, vouchers post on their own, and you can change the limit any time. A new supplier, an unknown account and anything over the limit wait for you.
- **Your accountant is in**: Invite your accountant with their own access. It adds one user to the plan.

## See what’s urgent

Deadlines, unpaid invoices and what’s waiting for you sit at the top.

## From job to invoice

Invoices, credit notes, quotes, order confirmations and recurring invoices. The invoice goes to the customer by email once you have said yes.

## Vouchers, expenses and travel

Vouchers from the inbox and scanner, expenses, travel claims with the 2026 rates, and a mileage log.

## Bank lines that find their voucher

You bring in the bank statement as a file. Payments go in a file you upload to your online bank.

## Payroll, holiday pay and a-melding

Pay runs with tax cards, holiday pay and sick pay. The a-melding and the VAT return go to Altinn from the app once you’ve said yes.

## Reports and year-end

Profit and loss, balance sheet, job results and budget. Year-end is prepared here, and you can move the accounts in and out with SAF-T.

## Good to know

- You are responsible for the accounts. When an agent posts something itself, it asks for a yes on each posting.
- You connect Altinn once. Someone with the authority at your company approves the access in Altinn. If a filing needs a signature, you sign in Altinn.
- A SAF-T file can hold up to 5,000 vouchers when you bring in your accounts.
- EHF and Peppol out (Coming)
- A direct bank connection (Coming)
