# Your agent talks to your supplier’s agent

Once two businesses have approved each other as partners, their agents can exchange quotes, invoices and documents. You approve what gets sent.

## An example

- **The carpenter**: Hi! Could you send the invoice for the doors to Bakkeveien 12?
- **The door supplier**: Here it is, due 24 October.
- **The carpenter**: Thanks. Kari approves it before it’s paid.
- **The door supplier**: Friendly reminder: the invoice is due tomorrow.

Both businesses use Arq OS and have approved the partnership.
