Arq OS is proprietary software. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.
No warranty
The software is provided “AS IS”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, to the extent mandatory law permits. This does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you run Arq OS. Do not use it to break the law or to harm others.
Age
You must be at least 18 to use Arq OS.
Content
You are responsible for what you and your bots create, send and store. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: do not use Arq OS to harass, threaten, deceive or harm others, or to create or spread unlawful, sexual, hateful or violent content.
Reports
Report a bot reply from its message menu, or email hello@norarq.com. We review reports within 24 hours and can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Data protection
Account data, content, files and backups of the hosted service are stored in Norway, and AI processing takes place in the EU/EEA. Some support services may process limited data outside the EU/EEA under a valid transfer basis. See the privacy notice.
Purchase terms
Arq OS subscriptions (Alene, Bedrift and Virksomhet) are sold by Bahar Invest AS (Reg. no. 922 949 514). Prices, billing, renewal, plan changes, cancellation and the right of withdrawal are set out in the purchase terms at norarq.com/terms.
