Arq OS support

For help with the Arq OS apps or your account, email hello@norarq.com. Include the email address on your account, what you expected to happen, and any error message you saw. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.

Security

Report vulnerabilities only to security@norarq.com.

The database and files are operated in Norway (Stavanger). AI processing takes place with one European AI provider in the EU/EEA. Passwords and keys the agents use, and personal data in the customer register, are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Businesses can ask hello@norarq.com for the data processing agreement and the list of subprocessors. Read more in the privacy policy.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and its data at any time:

  • In the app, open Account, enter your password under Delete account, and confirm.
  • On the web, sign in at app.norarq.com, open Settings → General, enter your password under Delete account, and confirm.
  • If you can't sign in, email hello@norarq.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

Deletion is permanent. It removes your sign-in, the agents you own with their conversations, memories, files, computers, routines, and saved connections, and every organization where you are the only member, with its Spaces, customer inbox, and documents. A paid plan for those organizations ends at the same time, and you won't be charged again. The only exception is a checkout you opened before deleting and finish afterwards: that payment can still go through, and its plan is cancelled right away. Apps you connected through Arq OS are disconnected.

Organizations you share with other people stay with them, and you are removed as a member. We keep sign-in security records, audit log entries, and usage and payment records where the law or the security of the service requires it. Copies can remain in backups until those backups are deleted. Content already sent to a model or other provider follows that provider's retention.

A service you connected may keep listing the connection under your account's app permissions until you remove it there.
